17/05/01 : Well, it lasted for a short while then it finally broke again... the message board. I'm -really- sorry about this. I've reset it which will work for a short while, but this can't go on forever. The only solution is to get the fully licensed version of Ultimate Bulletin Board. I am trying to raise finance to get this as it costs a few hundred pounds and I am not sponsored to do this site. 16/05/01 : You might panic when you see that all the posts look like they've vanished again from the message board. Well, at the top of each forum select "Show messages from the last 100 days" and click 'Go'... hey presto, they're all back again. On previous occasions the board crashed big time but for now it seems to be OK. What happens is by default the board shows messages from the last 20 days... I'd still like to get the fully licensed version of UBB with tonnes more features, and support. News just in, JASScooters are getting a few rev counters in stock (price £106). Let's see that custom dash!

15/05/01 : The Gallery has been updated once again with more Dragster pics for your enjoyment, Ivan Illesh from Russia sent in some interesting pics of his modified Dragster - check out his speedo. There's quite a large backlog of pictures still waiting to go on-line, so as usual folks keep an eye out for updates.

14/05/01 : Went to' drag strip down at Elvington yesterday, good day (hot), good to see Joe (Elliot) up against the big bikes on his Dragster. Top stuff. One of the veteran bikers stood next to me said "look at that, beaten by a scooter, how embarassing is that!" Class! Takes a bit of nerve tho' there's some real monsters on the drag strip too. I got some good pics and some film footage which I'm hoping to get on the site too at some point. Meanwhile my bike's now in the hands of Italjet (apparently one of the head technicians from Italy is having a look at the damage). Still can't believe that the frame actually snapped...

04/05/01 : MORE SPRINT RACING. Can't wait for the sprint competition at Santa Pod on July 15th? Well get yourself down to the 'Run What You Brung' event at Elvington near York on Sunday 13th May. Stuart Owen will be there with his 100mph Lambretta and by all accounts the BBC will be there filming too. Should be a good day then!
