12/03/02 : Cool new products from the guys at PM Tuning:
 
PM59 X-TECH PRO POWER PIPE (Runner/Dragster 125/172/180 2T) - the new PM59 X-Tech Pro is now producing 1 bhp more power up to 70 mph over the PM58 system (which is now discontinued). The PM59 is also aesthetically more pleasing with smooth curvaceous flowing cones. It's available in triple show chrome finish for an extra £55.00 or copper, nickel and bright chrome which surpasses current British standards. The new PM59's will soon have trick CNC-machined gold alloy hanging brackets, a revised single-bolt rubber mounting bush, a stainless steel Grand Prix style muffler end cap with laser engraved PM Tuning logo. No price increase either - £248.00 (+ VAT)
 
PRO-STREET D-SHAPED BORE TYPE 2 CARB KIT - available on its own or part of the PM 'Pro-Street' package, this new 'Type 2' D-shaped bore carb kit shows a further 1 bhp more power over the PM 'Type 1' carb. This has been achieved by increasing the overall tuned length of the carb by approx 10mm and improving the air-flow rate by means of a larger bell mouth/filter arrangement that is bonded onto the entry of the carb. The carb has also been flow bench tested to give approx 10% more air flow.
 
PRO-STREET 'CARB-PERFECTION' CNC BILLET CARB KIT - available on its own or part of the PM 'Pro-Street' package, it's due for release in the next few weeks and will be a very trick CNC-machined billet carburettor in gold anodised finish with clear plastic float bowl. This carb will be worth approx 2.5 bhp over a Dell'Orto PHBL 25mm carb and is the end result of testing both 'Type 1' & 'Type 2' carbs. It has taken PM Tuning 3 years to evolve into what they call "carb perfection" giving both low-speed tractability and high RPM performance. All jets will be Dell'Orto based and fully inter-changeable. Price expected to be around £245.00 (+VAT). The carb's wide application will suit most two-stroke engines from 50cc to 225cc machines especially where space is of prime importance.

- Upper inner leg shield shroud.
- Rear tail-lamp holder.
- Battery cover tunnel front and back.
 
NEW STAINLESS STEEL RUNNER PLATES (Dragster/Runner 125/180) - velcro-on brushed or mirror finish plate, sits over the existing raised black plastic runner pads for a cool combination of stainless steel and plastic precision, features laser-cut PM Tuning logo.
