X-Race UK 2005 Series
Regards the X-Race UK 2005 Series, some of the rounds will be according to the above dates/venues. I'm hoping to get a round in at Avon Park next
year along with a round or two at Santa Pod once again. The X-Race UK 2005 series will probably be run over seven rounds next year too. An X-Race round was held
at Crail in Scotland earlier this year, if anyone is interested in racing there or adverse to it then I'd like to hear from you either way.
Likewise, I am open to suggestions for other venues, in particular Jurby on the Isle of Man. I'm hoping to have finalised the X-Race UK 2005 Series
by the end of the year, so please get in touch now if you have any suggestions or feel free to voice your opinions in the Message Board
on this site. Thanks.
03/12/04 :
If you're currently working on a Winter project, how about aiming to get your scoot ready for the V.F.M. Pre-Season Scooter Rally at Whitby, North Yorkshire: Friday 4 - Saturday 5 March, 2005?
At past rallies, there's never really been enough custom automatics at shows to make any real impact on the scene (in the UK that is). So for 2005, let's get our act together. If you've got a trick custom auto
that you would like to enter into the Whitby V.F.M. custom show, then please phone: 07790677125. If we can get enough Dragsters together then perhaps there
could be a special Drag.com section at the show? Anyone who's got a trick custom auto (any auto) that you think is worthy of going on display,
then please send me an email, and I'll put together a proposal for the organisers
if we can muster together enough trick custom auto's.
The custom show and indoor parts fair will be taking place at Whitby Pavilion on the Saturday (5th March). Evening entertainment will comprise of two nights
of entertainment: live bands and top rally DJ's. For further details about this event, click on the flyer below:

If you're planning on attending this event, then I suggest you book accomodation now to avoid disappointment.
