DECEMBER
2003
19/12/03 :
OK folks, this will probably be my last news post of 2003. If you've not already bought a copy, then I suggest you
go out and buy the latest T&G to have a read over Chrimbo. In this month's issue, you will find my report on the final round of the X-Race UK Championship
which was held at Santa Pod back in October. Back by public demand, is 'Extreme Scootering' part two. What else have we got? John Player Special
custom Runner, KS AN400 First Impressions, Iggy's Dragster engine rebuild, Daelim DD50 Test, Tech Tips (stud removal) and an interesting
write-up by Phil Conquest on the monthly Rev n' Ride nights at the Ace Café.

X-Race news... The rounds for the 2004 Championship have been finalised and are as follows:
Round 1 :: 25 April, Elvington, North Yorkshire
Round 2 :: 23 May, Santa Pod Raceway, Bedfordshire
Round 3 :: 27 June, East Kirkby, Lincolnshire
Round 4 :: 10/11 July, Crail, Scotland
Round 5 :: 30 August, York Dragway, Melbourne, North Yorkshire
Round 6 :: 19 September, Santa Pod
Round 7 :: 10 October, Elvington
All that remains for me to say is have a great Christmas and see you in 2004... Ho Ho Ho Selecta! And remember... A liver is for life not just for X-mas!

18/12/03 :
Italjet Dragster.com's 'FREAK' is a winner! Apart from coming up with a freaky paintjob, the reason why I opted to customise this particular
Dragster in "LFO / FREAK" theme was for a competition run by Warp Records, check out the news on the Warp website
here! Once again, thanks to Alan Turner for doing the paintjob (despite the fact he said he hates it)!
FREAK is also an on-going project and further customising will continue through the winter months...

12/12/03 :
Looking into next year, 2004 will kick off with The National Motorcycle Show at the G-MEX in Manchester (January 9th - 11th). Apart from the usual
attractions, this year you'll be able to see stunt king Rich Haywood performing in front of the crowds as he makes his debut into
the world of professional stunting. Thanks to Straightliners, an exhibition space has also been allocated for X-Race
in the main hall. So if you're going to the show, then take a look at a few of the fastest scooters in Britain which will be on display
at the X-Race stand.

UPDATE:
Dragster Gallery Collection 33 is now on-line. And what a gallery it is! Alan Turner has been
churning out the paint jobs recently at a frantic pace, I even asked him to paint one of my Drag's... Take a look
here. In the current Gallery update though
you will find loads more eye candy to look at including Darren Blackburn's 'St. Georges Cross' Dragster, very nice indeed along
with Jackie Blackburn's 'Little Miss' Dragster, cute. Another fine paint job is the 'Wacky Races' themed Dragster which lo' and behold was also painted
by Alan Turner once again! Anyways, have a look for yourselves...
