2001 27/04/01 : SPRINT YOUR ROAD OR RACE SCOOTER. Following encouragement from several sources, there will be an unofficial scooter sprint competition at SantaPod's run wot yer brung event on July 15th. If you have any sort of scooter, why not try it up the strip? All you have to do is turn up with the appropriate entrance fee and suitable clothing. Stuart Owen's 100-mph Lambretta sprinter will be there, and you will also be able to see a vast array of fast motorcycles and cars. PM Tuning are entering into the spirit of the thing, and sponsoring trophies for the quickest times of the day in three classes: Automatic, Vespa and Lambretta. The event will be covered in Scootering and Twist & Go magazines. Sorry folks we'll do our best to fix it. 23/04/01 : Went to the Streefighters show at the Sheffield Arena (UK) at the weekend, thankfully the weather was good (Saturday), as usual fantastic bikes were on display, the amount of work gone into these bikes is just mind-boggling. Pictures will be in the Gallery shortly... A few goodies were to be found by the exhibitors, check out BSR-Aerotek for all your brake and oil line accessories etc. and other useful trick enhancements for your bike. If you're not one for doing burnouts, get yourself some 'Seal-a-Wheel' for preventing punctures, nomoreflattyres.com is the place for info, though most Italjet dealers should stock this now. 18/04/01 : A few more pics in the Gallery and in the Styling section you'll now find a guide for altering your number plate bracket. I've got a whole load of content lined up for the site in the coming weeks, namely more tuning and styling info, updates will be added gradually.
